Event Description:

A visit to Firemouth Pottery allows guests to watch while potter Bill Karaffa works in his workshop. Various forming techniques are employed at Firemouth; wheel throwing, slab construction and extruding. While Bill uses all of these techniques, the majority of his work is thrown on the potters wheel. Bill also demonstrates his carving technique used to create Northwoods Landscape Pottery he is so well known for. A visit to Firemouth Pottery is an insightful and educational experience for visitors of all ages. Bill's finished work is also available for sale as well as your viewing pleasure.
