Event Description:

Take the challenge and paint on location (Plein Air)! We meet Thursdays at 8:30am, June through August, for painting or drawing in any media. Participation is FREE and open to summer vacationers as well as the local artists. Our only rule is to respect each other, the locations that we visit and the hosts that invite us. Beginners to professionals are welcome. Northwoods Outdoor Artists is offered by the Manito Art League; donations are appreciated. Our first Plein Air Exhibit will be Aug. 14-21, 2010, at Koller Library in Manitowish Waters! Required Supplies:
Bring everything you’ll need to complete your artwork (i.e. pencil & sketch pad, paint & canvas, Pastels & paper, etc), paper towels, garbage bag, sun protection, bug spray, and camera.
